It's Okay to Take Risks

Happy Monday!
As I get further and further into adult hood, and many of my friends and I are making big decisions in our lives and applying for our adult jobs, there are a lot of big decisions that tend to weigh us down. Decisions like "where do you want to locate yourself" or "live on your own or still rely on a roommate?" "How many cats is too many cats?" (The answer to this one is "the limit does not exist.)
Many of us are forced to believe that once we find our first "adult" job, that we're forced to stick with that one job forever.
FALSE.
DO NOT GET STUCK.
That's where the video I found comes in.
You know BuzzFeed? That super-addicting website that people (including me) spend hours on end browsing because EVERYTHING is on it? A video came out from two of their former writers/producers, Gaby and Allison, who decided to leave BF and focus on their own content and channel. Although they obviously are explaining things from their own personal perspectives, they give really great advice on why it's okay to decide that if you're not happy with a job, and that it's okay to leave said job if you are indeed not happy with it. They even compare it to a toxic relationship- if you're not happy, it's not fair to stay just to make the other person (or company) happy.
It's okay to leave.

As young adults entering the big-kid work force, I think this is advice that we all need to hear at some point or another.

Hello, welcome back!

Hello AGAIN, my lovelies.
I know, I know. Every time i get back on this thing, I promise that Ill stick to it, and then you don't hear for me for months on end. Well let me update you on some things:

1. As of right now, I'm temporarily not in school, getting a (slightly) big girl job, and trying to move closer to the city when my lease ends in June.
2. I'm going to start embracing my photography skills and start professionally doing production photos, headshots, and event photography. That being said, I'm trying to develop a new website for that.
3. That's pretty much it actually.

But, now that school is (for now) out of the equation, I have a lot more time to blog, and I have a lot of new makeup products that need reviewing because I can finally afford nice makeup. I'll probably also start doing book reviews because I'm trying to do the PopSugar 2017 Reading Challenge.

Until tomorrow :)
